Jazz Band
The McMillen High School Jazz Band is an extracurricular group that meets in the Spring semester after school. Students have the opportunity to engage in styles of music not typically covered in the traditional concert band setting, including swing, Latin jazz, and ragtime. Though primarily composed of trumpets, saxophones, trombones, and a "rhythm section", our jazz band is welcome to other interested instrumentalists as well. For further interest, see a band director.
